SMA Annual Auction

Dear Parents,

The auction committee is excited to announce that preparations for our 2013 Swing into Spring Auction are well underway. The event will be held on March 9, 2013. We are looking forward to this year’s auction and our new venue at the Ipswich Country Club in Ipswich.

We are asking for your support of this primary annual fundraiser to help provide the necessary resources and technology that sustain the quality of education that our students deserve. As announced in previous communications, the first $30,000 raised will be dedicated to upgrading our computer lab.

 There are several ways to participate in the auction and support our school. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today and attending our auction! Enclosed is an auction donation form, along with a ticket request form.   In addition, if you or your friends and families own a business, you may want to consider advertising in our auction booklet. The benefit is that our booklet is distributed to over 175 families across 25 North Shore communities. You can find an advertising donation form below.  We appreciate your support and generosity.

Below are previews of the vacations that will be at the auction.

We are also kicking off a family fun "Caribbean Vacation" raffle for $40.00.  The package is for accommodations to St. James Club Antigua resort with a retail value of $2800.00.  To increase chances of winning, we will only sell 100 tickets.  You do not need to be present at the auction to win.  Raffle forms can be found on-line along with a preview of all the trips that will be offered.  Simply complete the raffle form and drop it off in the front office.  You will be contacted on March 10th if your a winner.
